Having worked within the Augustus Martin team for over 25 years now I have worked in POS printing all of my working life; from the print floor to my current role working directly with our customers which has remained a passion of mine. Whenever I am shopping in any retailer I am always looking and feeling the POS and thinking how it could be improved or just stealing ideas (my kids find it embarrassing which is hilarious). I love the diversity of work we receive from our clients; every day is a new challenge. Never a dull moment that’s for sure!
I’ve always loved team sports, but as my knees began to creak, getting that sense of shared achievement from my job is fulfilling. Everybody has a part to play in delivering great campaigns for our clients and I’m very fortunate with the people I work with every day.
